Multimedia artist and scientist Bojana Ginn graduated from Medical School in Belgrade, Serbia in 2001 and as a recipient of a Savannah College of Art and Design’s Honors Graduate Scholarship, she completed her MFA in Sculpture at SCAD in 2013. Her art has been exhibited in numerous Atlanta galleries, including the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia, Atlanta Contemporary Art Center, the Swan Coach House Gallery, Southern Polytechnic State University, and GA State University. Her interdisciplinary art/science/math work has been presented and published at the Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium in Brussels, the MAA Session on Arts and Mathematics in Boston, MA, at Wiskunst, Ghent in Belgium, at Towson University in MD, and the BRIDGES Enschede in the Netherlands. Bojana’s multimedia work was shown at the Institut Fur Alles Mogliche, Berlin, Germany. Bojana was a nominee for the 2012 Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant and for the Outstanding Achievement Award, International Sculpture Center, 2013. Bojana is awarded studio residency at Atlanta Contemporary Art Center. She is a winner of the 2014 Tanne Foundation award. Bojana’s work was reviewed in Art and Science Journal, SciArt in America Magazine, STEAM Journal, the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Arts Atlanta, Burnaway, Leonardo International Abstract Services, and many other publications. Bojana is an editor in chief of Art And Science ATL and a member of SciArt Center, NY.
