Can Art Stress? This acoustic, interactive installation is based on a defense mechanism: the reduction of noise in the face of danger. When exposed to the examining eye of the viewer who invades its personal space, the acoustic installation reacts as a frightened organism: it becomes quiet. Once the viewer returns back to a safe distance the humming of the structure is reactivated.
